Mine (at the moment)... GOT to be pai kiu. With the spiralling forces coming through that baby, it's a peach. And it's deceptive, it's neither a punch, nor an elbow, and with a lot of stylists focussed on the 'end points' rather than what comes in between, plus using the particular coiling intention that comes from the tong long body change, pai tan comes out of nowhere. That's compounded when, used correctly, few expect an extended arm to be able to do that.
Nobody expects the Spanish inquisition.
I know what Jon's gonna say. As the wake of dazed punters across London will bear testament to. Dude you are a 21st Century Charlie Bronson.

Oh and why? Since my training increased ive been more aware of things changing within my body. Ive come to feel when I lift up for a hammer fist, my waist, legs(pretty much everything) torques, like a twisting of a rubber band...then when I release the hammer I can feel my body untwist in synch unleashing alot of power on point of impact. This is why at the moment Gao Choi is my fav strike......of course in the future I would like to have more favorites!!! Go Chowgar!!!
